NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN AND TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED:
 
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on September 26, 2012, the Oswego Planning Commission will hold
a public hearing at the Oswego City Hall, Oswego, Kansas, at 7:00 P.M., to consider the following application:

CASE NO. RZ 2012-01

Zone change filed by City of Oswego from the "R" Rural District to the "R-1" Low Density Residential
District for property generally located at the northwest corner of Greenview Dr., west of the Dougherty Addition. 
A full legal description of the property is available for review in the office of the City Clerk during normal business hours.
 
As provided in the Oswego Zoning Regulations, the above application will be discussed and considered
by the Oswego Planning Commission, and all persons interested in said matter will be heard at this time concerning
their views and wishes; and all matters concerning the request and presented at the hearing will be considered by
the Commission.  The Planning Commission may continue this matter to a later date without additional notice.
