                                                       NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Sealed bids will be received at the City Clerk’s Office until 10:00 a.m. on December 1, 2015, for the sale
of hay on land owned by the City of Oswego at Oswego Municipal Airport, Oswego Industrial Park,
Oswego Industrial Park (North Highway 59) and Stone Hill Estates (11500 Rd).  The bids will be opened
publicly and read aloud in the City Council Chambers at this time.

In order to submit a bid please contact the City Clerk’s Office at 620-795-4433 or 703 Fifth St for the necessary
specifications and bid forms.The City of Oswego reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive
informalities therein.
