ORDINANCE NO. 1370     

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF OSWEGO, KANSAS AND IN COMPLIANCE WITH SECTION 22 OF ORDINANCE NO. 1107, PROVIDING FOR THE REZONING OF CERTAIN DESCRIBED REAL ESTATE FROM R1-A CONDITIONAL USE TO IP-1 LIGHT INDUSTRIAL.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF OSWEGO, KANSAS:

SECTION 1.  That the following described real estate is hereby rezoned from R1A Conditional Use to IP-1 Light Industrial, to wit:

            Lots 1 through 12, Block 6, Spruills Addition, City of Oswego, Labette County, KS

SECTION 2.  Except as herein amended and previously amended, the Zoning Map of the City of Oswego, Kansas will remain in full force and effect.  No change is made in the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Oswego, Kansas.

SECTION 3.  That the Mayor be authorized to execute all documents necessary to effectuate this change.

SECTION 4.  This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and publication in the official City newspaper.

ADOPTED by the Governing Body and approved by the Mayor of the City of Oswego, Kansas, this 26^th day of September, 2016.
