ORDINANCE NO. 1430
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF OSWEGO, KANSAS AND PROVIDING FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO ALLOW FOR A BED AND BREAKFAST FOR B&K RENTALS AT 209 N. VERMONT ST. IN OSWEGO, KANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF OSWEGO, KANSAS:
SECTION 1. Upon recommendation of the Planning Commission and after notice and a hearing, that the following described real estate is hereby approved for a conditional use permit to allow a bed and breakfast facility on the property commonly known as 209 N. Vermont St., to wit:
Beginning 672.94 ft. N. of the Southeast corner of the Northeast ¼ of Section 17, Township 33, Range 21, Labette County, Kansas, then N00-00-00E 275.80 feet along the section line, then S89-26-47W 150.19 feet to the corner of the existing concrete, then N00-00-00E 4.8 ft., then S89-26-47W 54.31 ft., then S00-00-00E 280.6 ft. to point 665.34 ft. North of the South line of said Northeast ¼, then N89-26-47E 204.5 ft. to the point of beginning, Being in Lots 7 and 8, Hammer and Beals Addition, City of Oswego.
SECTION 2. Except as herein amended and previously amended, the Zoning Map of the City of Oswego, Kansas will remain in full force and effect. No change is made in the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Oswego, Kansas.
SECTION 3. That the Mayor be authorized to execute all documents necessary to issue the conditional use permit.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and publication in the official City newspaper.
ADOPTED by the Governing Body and approved by the Mayor of the City of Oswego, Kansas,
