ORDINANCE NO. 1431
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF OSWEGO, KANSAS AND PROVIDING FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO ALLOW FOR A BED AND BREAKFAST FOR B&K RENTALS AT 1015 8th ST. IN OSWEGO, KANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF OSWEGO, KANSAS:
SECTION 1. Upon recommendation of the Planning Commission and after notice and a hearing, that the following described real estate is hereby approved for a conditional use permit to allow a bed and breakfast facility on the property commonly known as 1015 8th St., to wit:
Commencing at a point on the center line of Michigan St. in the NE ¼ of Section 21, Township 33, Range 21, 70- feet North of North line of the right of way of the St. Louis and San Francisco Railroad right of way, and on North line of 8th St., thence West on North line of 8th St., 178.6 feet to an iron pin, said iron pin being the point of beginning, thence North from said iron pin 50 feet to an iron pin, thence due West from said iron pin to center of Ohio St., thence South on center line of Ohio St., to the North line of 8th St., thence Southeasterly on North line of 8th St. to point of beginning, City of Oswego.
SECTION 2. Except as herein amended and previously amended, the Zoning Map of the City of Oswego, Kansas will remain in full force and effect. No change is made in the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Oswego, Kansas.
SECTION 3. That the Mayor be authorized to execute all documents necessary to issue the conditional use permit.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and publication in the official City newspaper.
