On next month's utility bill you will see a message to let you know that you can now choose to
receive your utility bill by e-mail. If interested the primary account holder will need to sign up
by filling out the request form. A copy of the E-Mail Delivery form is located in the Utility Office
or by clicking here. It will need to be returned to the City Office at 703 Fifth street or by mailing
