The City of Oswego, Kansas, is now soliciting bids for the rehabilitation of properties located at 615 Illinois and 602 Wisconsin.  This rehabilitation work includes general home improvements. Sealed bids for this work will be received until 10:00 AM on October 13, 2015 at City Hall, 703 5th Street, PO Box 210, Oswego, KS.

Interested bidders should make arrangements to attend the Contractor's Walk-through which will be held on October 1, 2015, beginning at 2:00 p.m. at 615 Illinois St, Oswego. To submit a bid on the rehabiliation of any of the above homes, a contractor is required to attend the Walk-through on Oct. 1st, 2015.
