Ord.1351 - CUP

ORDINANCE NO.   1351    

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF OSWEGO, KANSAS AND PROVIDING FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR FRED HAMMACK SR & FRED HAMMACK JR AT 1701 7TH ST. IN OSWEGO, KANSAS.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF OSWEGO, KANSAS:

SECTION 1.  Upon recommendation of the Planning Commission and after notice and a hearing, that the following described real estate is hereby approved for a conditional use permit to allow one horse, cow, burro or llama on the property commonly known as 1701 7th St., to wit:

             All of Block 24, Hollingsworth Sub-division of the West half of the Southwest Quarter of
             Section 16, Township 33, Range 21, City of Oswego, Labette County, Kansas

SECTION 2.  Except as herein amended and previously amended, the Zoning Map of the City of Oswego, Kansas will remain in full force and effect.  No change is made in the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Oswego, Kansas.

SECTION 3.  That the Mayor be authorized to execute all documents necessary to issue the conditional use permit.

SECTION 4.  This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and publication in the official City newspaper.

ADOPTED by the Governing Body and approved by the Mayor of the City of Oswego, Kansas, this 9th day of November, 2015.
