Would you like to win these Christmas deer? A few of the city employes made an extra set of these deer to give away this Christmas. You don't have to sign up! Names will be drawn from the list of Oswego residents that have their city utiltiy bill paid by December 10th.  The drawing will be Friday, Dec. 11th in the afternoon. We will be calling the winner so be sure that the City Office has a current phone number where you can be reached.
