4th of July Event
BIG plans are being made to add some extra fun to Oswego’s 4thof July celebration which is Sunday evening, July 3rd. The location is being moved over to the west side of the Labette County Fairgrounds near the grassy area around the ballfields. Efforts are also being made to add some new activity booths. So far we have a BOUNCE HOUSE and DUNK TANK! Food Vendors will be there with Cotton Candy
and Flavored Lemonade (OHS) with possibly Hamburgers, Hot Dogs and Ice Cream from another organization. Rick Cook is going to be the musical entertainment again this year and he will also be set up in this area (not in the Larry Allen Pavillion). If you want to add to the fun and have a booth please call Chamber President Lance Smith at 778-5262 or the City Office at 795-4433 as soon as possible so we can let everyone know what activities will be available. Other plans are still in the works so be watching for updates!
