Christmas Deer Winner

Sarah Kelly is this year's winner of the Christmas Deer. The drawing was held Dec. 14th and was selected from all Oswego residents that had their utility bill paid by Dec. 12th. Thank you to the city guys who made the deer for the giveaway. Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays from the City of Oswego!
