ORDINANCE NO. 1380
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF OSWEGO, KANSAS AND PROVIDING FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR CARL SOLOMON AT 411 MICHIGAN ST. IN OSWEGO, KANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF OSWEGO, KANSAS:
SECTION 1. Upon recommendation of the Planning Commission and after notice and a hearing, that the following described real estate is hereby approved for a conditional use permit to allow multi-family housing on the property commonly known as 411 Michigan St., to wit:
The South 65’ of lots 1, 2, 3, & 4, Block 35, City of Oswego, Labette County, KS and all of the 20’ wide alley lying adjacent thereto.
SECTION 2. The condition placed on this conditional use permit is that it applies only to the time that Carl Solomon owns the property. The conditional permit does not stay with the property once Mr. Solomon is no longer the owner.
SECTION 3. Except as herein amended and previously amended, the Zoning Map of the City of Oswego, Kansas will remain in full force and effect. No change is made in the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Oswego, Kansas.
SECTION 4. That the Mayor be authorized to execute all documents necessary to issue the conditional use permit.
SECTION 5. This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and publication in the official City newspaper.
ADOPTED by the Governing Body and approved by the Mayor of the City of Oswego, Kansas, this 10th day of April, 2017.
