ORDINANCE NO. 1394
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF OSWEGO, KANSAS AND IN COMPLIANCE WITH ARTICLE 26 OF ZONING REGULATIONS ADOPTED BY ORDINANCE NO. 1323, PROVIDING FOR THE REZONING OF CERTAIN DESCRIBED REAL ESTATE FROM (R-1A) SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL TO (CP-3) PLANNED HIGHWAY COMMERCIAL DISTRICT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF OSWEGO, KANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the following described real estate is hereby rezoned from (R-1A) single family residential to (CP-3) planned highway commercial district, to wit:
Lot 1, Block 21, Cowell’s Addition, City of Oswego, Labette County, Kansas
SECTION 2. Except as herein amended and previously amended, the Zoning Map of the City of Oswego, Kansas will remain in full force and effect. No change is made in the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Oswego, Kansas.
SECTION 3. That the Mayor be authorized to execute all documents necessary to effectuate this change.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and publication in the official City newspaper.
ADOPTED by the Governing Body and approved by the Mayor of the City of Oswego, Kansas, this 23rd day of October, 2017.
