ORDINANCE NO. 1483
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF OSWEGO, KANSAS AND PROVIDING FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR JUSTIN AND ANGELA MCKEE AT 201 COMMERCIAL ST. IN OSWEGO, KANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF OSWEGO, KANSAS:
SECTION 1. Upon recommendation of the Planning Commission and after notice and a hearing, that the following described real estate is hereby approved for a conditional use permit to allow operation of a daycare on the property commonly known as 201 Commercial St., to wit:
The East 70 feet of lots 1 & 2, and the East 70 feet of the North 10 feet of Lot 3, Block 19, City of Oswego, Labette County, Kansas
SECTION 2. Except as herein amended and previously amended, the Zoning Map of the City of Oswego, Kansas will remain in full force and effect. No change is made in the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Oswego, Kansas.
SECTION 3. That the Mayor be authorized to execute all documents necessary to issue the conditional use permit.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and publication in the official City newspaper.
