ORDINANCE NO. 1485
AN ORDINANCE making and levying a special tax upon all lots and parcels of ground in the City of Oswego, Kansas for the cost and expense of condemnation and demolition charges through January 2023.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF OSWEGO, KANSAS:
SECTION 1. That a special tax is hereby levied upon and against the premises in the City of Oswego, Kansas, hereinafter described and the amount set opposite there to respectively, for the payment of the cost and expenses for the condemnation and demolition charges through January 2023.
