Calvin Jurgensen and Justin Strickland were recognized at the December Council meeting for years of service. Calvin has been with the Public Works Department for 20 years, seven of those years serving as City Superintendent. Justin has been on the Volunteer Fire Department for the past 10 years. Read more

Oswego’s Annual Fly-in
Come join in the fun at the annual fly-in at the Bob Carpenter Field, 11570 Wyandotte Rd, Columbus, KS 66725. (3 miles East of Oswego) on Saturday, Octo-ber 3rd at 8:00am! This is a Free Event and will be fun for ALL ages! The Lion’s Club serving breakfast and lunch with donations being accepted. There will be barrel train rides for the kids. The Pool is OPEN!! Come make a Splash!
Summer has just begun and the temper-atures are rising so come cool off at the City Pool. The pool’s hours are 1:00pm to 6:30pm.
Admission is only $1.00 per person! You may also rent the pool for a pool party. For more information you may call the Pool at 620-795-4913. If no one answers there is a answering machine just leave your name and phone number and they will get back with you.
