On the reverse side of the newsletter is “Important Information About Your Drinking Water.” The city received a violation for the 3rd quarter of 2013. The testing is based on an average of 3 months. The water was so clear it couldn’t
meet the ratio. It may take several quarters for our ratio to average out when a violation occurs. The City Superintendent states that this is the case. Read more in this newsletter.
